Bend Fall Festival – October 1st and 2nd
The Bend Fall Festival is an annual FREE event in downtown Bend, full of all the fall activities you love. With a fall market, Kids Harvest Run, live music, a kids fun zone, and a wide range of arts and crafts, this festival is the perfect way to welcome the change of season.
Sisters Farmer’s Market – October 2nd
The first weekend in October brings in the end to the 2022 Sisters Farmer’s Market. Admissions is FREE and the market provides fresh produce, local vendors, and educational opportunities. Don’t miss your last opportunity this year to visit!
First Friday Art Walk – October 7th
The Art Walk is held in Downtown Bend and the Old Mill District from 5pm to 9pm on the first Friday of every month. Join hundreds of other locals and visitors in celebrating art. Calling all goblins and ghouls, it’s your favorite time of year! With opportunities for the whole family to dress up and experience Autumn, the options for activities are down right “scary”!
Downtown Bend Ghost Tours – All Month
Book your spooky tour of Downtown Bend with the Ghosts and Legends of Downtown Bend Tour! With dates still available for October, this tour is perfect for history buffs and ghost hunters alike!
Go Pumpkin Pickin’ – All Month
Pumpkin carving doesn’t have to be just for the kids! Check out one of these great places to pick up a pumpkin and get to carving! Many offer other great Halloween activities as well!
The Bend Ale Trail – Seasonal Sips
Even if you’ve visited all or some of the stops on the Bend Ale Trail before, stop in and try some of their seasonal brews. Check out the list of all the establishments on the trail for their specific events and seasonal libations!
Sisters Harvest Faire – October 8th 10am – 4pm and October 9th 10am – 3pm
Swing on over to Sisters for their annual Harvest Faire. With FREE admission, artisan gifts, food, and live music, you can’t go wrong!
Spooky Poetry – October 30th 5-6:30pm
Celebrate spooky season with a spooky poetry slam at Roundabout Books! Whether you’re a writer or simply enjoy a good poetry slam, this event if for you. There will also be a costume contest and snacks for attendees! Make sure to register for this event (it’s FREE) soon as spots for readers are limited!
Old Mill District Kid’s Halloween Party – October 31st 4-7pm
After a two year break, this family friendly FREE event is back! Business throughout the Old Mill District will be handing our candy for the kiddos so gear up in this year’s costume of choice and stop by!
Trick-or-Treat in Downtown Bend – October 31st 3-6pm
Downtown Bend offers a safe and community based trick-or-treat opportunity for the whole family! With a wide range of business participating, grabs the kids and help them fill those bags! Visit their event page for more info and a list of all participating businesses.
